Gift Vouchers - Important Information
Please read before purchasing a gift voucher below.

Science shows that spending money on experiences brings more joy than materialistic items so a Gift Voucher for one of our Five Star Alpaca Experiences is sure to bring joy to whoever you give it to.

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

• You will receive a gift voucher by email to print at home as standard. 

• You can also choose an optional extra to receive a physical gift voucher posted to your address where we will leave the 'To' and 'From' sections blank for you to write your own message. 

• You can choose from our pre-made gift vouchers of a 1hr Alpaca Experience for Two or Four People or a Two Hour Alpaca Experience for Two or Four People. This covers the cost of two or four adults or children aged 12+. Please note there needs to be at least one adult aged 18+ per group.

• You can also choose to give a custom amount, perfect for giving to families with children of different ages where the price of tickets differs. To work out the cost for your desired voucher please see ticket prices below. Please note their must be one adult aged 18+ per child aged 11 or under. This is because children under the age of 12 will share an alpaca with an adult for the leading an alpaca section of our Alpaca Experience. We also need one adult per young child for safety reasons as they will be going into the paddocks with the alpacas. 

• Please note that as our Alpaca Experiences are full of hands-on activities and we keep group sizes small the experiences are not suitable for spectators and all guests must have a ticket.

• There will be a unique code on the gift voucher which the recipient can use to book in at their convenience using our online booking system. We will have experiences available all throughout the year running on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays alternating between the 1hr and 2hr Alpaca Experiences. We will release dates a few months in advance throughout the year.

• Gift Vouchers are non refundable but you can transfer them to someone else to use.
